U.S. Congressman Jim Langevin

Congressman Jim Langevin is recognized as a national and party leader on homeland security. In 2003, Langevin was appointed to the House Committee on Homeland Security, and in January, 2007, was named Chairman of the Subcommittee on Emerging Threats, Cybersecurity and Science and Technology. This subcommittee oversees the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office at the Department of Homeland Security, as well as the DHS Science and Technology Directorate. He recently joined the House Permanent Select Committee.
 

Adrian Seccombe, CISO and senior enterprise information architect, Eli Lilly and Company, and Jericho Forum board member

Adrian Seccombe has experience in various IT, strategy and quality management positions in the U.K., France and the USA. Originally an electronic engineer with Ferranti Military Systems Division, Adrian moved to ITT, before joining Eli Lilly. On his return to the U.K., he took responsibility for the Lilly IT infrastructure of EMEA, Asia-Pacific. His current role includes CISO leadership responsibilities and integrating Information quality management into Lilly's information architecture processes. He serves on the Industrial Advisory Board of the University of Surrey Computing Department and is a founder and board member of the Jericho Forum.
 

Harper Boucher, INTERPOL special representative to the United Nations

Harper Boucher assumed the position of INTERPOL special representative to the United Nations in June 2008. Prior to assuming this position, he spent a total of 36 years as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and rose to the rank of deputy commissioner, responsible for all elements of policing in the Atlantic region of Canada. Throughout his professional career, he has been actively involved in training and development. In his current capacity as INTERPOL special representative to the United Nations, Harper Boucher represents the INTERPOL Secretary-General and is mandated to promote cooperation between INTERPOL and the United Nations, particularly in the areas of counterterrorism as well as the prevention of transnational criminal activity.
