Trend Micro’s Interscan Gateway Appliance is awarded Best Buy in this anti-malware management Group Test. It is an extremely strong, easy to use product loaded with features. An excellent value for the money, the Interscan device is designed to be the one-stop shop for malware protection in any environment.

Savant Protection’s Enterprise Management System receives this month’s Recommended award for its high protection that is very difficult to fool. We found that this product’s ease of use, deployment and management, coupled with its a la carte pricing, make it a great investment in network protection. 

Errata: In the May USB security Group Test, a vendor error was discovered for the Kingston Data Traveler Secure Privacy Edition.

The price should be 512MB for $50 up to $350 for 8GB.

Our Best Buy goes to Safe Access. Even with its relatively high cost, it is an excellent product, offering the full range of endpoint security functions. If your enterprise needs total protection, it is the most serviceable package we looked at. Its ease of use and performance make cost of ownership beyond initial purchase very reasonable. Our Recommended product is LANDesk Security Suite. As part of a larger suite of products, the LANDesk Security Suite offers flexibility and functionality. It suffers a little from initial ease of use and is a bit pricey, but is very competent and has impressive functionality and performance.
