E-voting worries In a recent poll, 13 of 17 security execs said they do not trust the integrity of e-voting systems. The concern rests on technology being protected by laws that prevent anyone but vendors from seeing underlying code. In November's election scattered machine glitches were reported as a third of voters cast ballots on the new equipment. Nonprofit election watchdog BlackBoxVoting.org said it is anxious to see how the new Democratic leadership responds to e-voting concerns.
