On the day of his boss' heated Democratic primary contest, the campaign manager for U.S. Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman, D-Conn., accused supporters of opponent Ned Lamont a new political dirty trick: hacking into Lieberman's campaign website and disabling email distribution.
